Applying is Easy

1. Click Apply Now to set up your account and complete the preliminary pre-approval. The total cost of the pre-approval background and credit check is $50.00 + processing fee. You do not need to select an apartment for the pre-approval.
2. Once pre-approved, the Tree Top leasing team will reach out to finalize your apartment selection, move-in date and lease terms!
3. You can use the “Check Application” button to see the status of your application throughout the process.
